Logging In:
GFB Mobile Banking is available to all Great Online Banking users. No registration is required, however you must be an active Great Online Banking user with a valid User ID and Password to log in.

  • Access the GFB Mobile Banking website from your hand held device www.greatfloridabank.mobi
  • Click the “Sign On” tab at the top of the screen
  • Enter in your Great Online Banking User Id and Password
  • Enter the answers to your security questions

You now have access to view your account information!

Add Extra Security:
Just as in the Great Online Banking product, GFB Mobile Banking has the Great Security Manager feature. Because you will be logging on to GFB Mobile Banking from a new device, it will not be recognized by our system. On your first time log in you will be prompt to answer your security questions that you have setup in Great Online Banking. Once you have logged in you will see a link to “Add Extra Security to this device”. Upon adding extra security, the device will become recognized in our system and going forward you will not need to answer the security questions when accessing GFB Mobile Banking from our that particular device.

GFB Text Messaging:

You have the option to setup your mobile device to receive Text Messages of your account balance and last 3 transactions upon request. To setup this service, you must be currently enrolled for Great Online Banking, then simply register your mobile device using your Great Online Banking User ID and Password.

  • Register Mobile Device
  • Enter your Great Online Banking User ID and Password
  • Enter in the requested information, and be sure to select a 4 digit PIN that you will remember
  • Call our GFB Text Message System 1-800-961-2398
  • Enter the PIN you chose when registering on the website and wait for your confirmation

Within minutes you should receive your first text message with your account information!

Note: If you have your password and security questions reset by a customer support, you must log in to the GFB Text Messaging setup, to authenticate your new password and security questions. If you change your password using the “Forgot Password” option or the “Change Password” option, you must log in to the GFB Text Messaging setup to authenticate your new password.

  • You can not register for Online Banking. You must register for online banking on your PC prior to accessing GFB Mobile Banking
  • You can not reset your Online Banking password via GFB Mobile Banking. You must attempt to reset your password through our website on your PC or contact our 24 hours support line for assistance at 1-866-322-5042.
  • You can not add, edit, or remove payees from Bill Pay via GFB Mobile Banking. Any editing of payees must be done on your PC, however you can view, schedule, and pay bill via GFB Mobile Banking.
