Flexible Spending Account / Medical and Dependent Care
A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is an important part of your overall benefits package. Through the plan, you can set aside a portion of your earnings, tax free for everyday expenses you may have with:

Retirement Plan
A 401(k) savings and retirement plan is designed to help you save for your retirement and at the same time reduce your current taxable income. Retirement savings is made easy through automatic payroll deductions into the investment option(s) of your choice.  All employees age 21 or older who have completed six months of service with the bank are eligible to participate. 

• Employee pre-tax contributions of annual earnings may be made, subject to the annual dollar limits set by the IRS
• Great Florida Bank will match 50% of the associate’s contribution up to 6% salary deferral.

Holidays
The bank is normally closed for most legal holidays as approved by the Federal Reserve.  The exact dates of these holidays will posted in advance each year. 

Holidays that may be observed include:

Education and Tuition Reimbursement
Regular full-time associates that have completed 12 months of service may be eligible for up to $2,000 per calendar year for tuition assistance for work-related or a required course towards a specific degree taken through a community college or university.
